Experienced Aged Care Casual EN/RN based in Bendigo.
We have an urgent requirement for a casual Aged Care EN or RN who is already living locally in the Bendigo region and ready to commence.
This role cannot accommodate relocation or delayed start dates.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking Casual Aged Care Nurses to travel across Bendigo to support our clinical teams on the ground, with a primary focus on assisting Specialists with through assessments and reviews via telehealth
You’ll play a key role in coordinating and facilitating rounds with GPs, and telehealth appointments with Geriatricians, and Physicians, ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time.
This is a casual role ideal for someone who loves autonomy and variety, while still making a real difference in aged care.
Working Pattern
We may require you to be available for full weeks at a time depending on location and service needs. You'll get your roster one week in advance.
Travel blocks and scheduling are planned in advance around continuity of care for our partner homes. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your existing roster or other work commitments, flexibility is essential.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work on site at Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) during your scheduled shifts, supporting residents and staff directly while coordinating telehealth consults. Although you’ll be using technology to connect with clinicians remotely, this is not a work from home role.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support Telehealth rounds in RACHs across Bendigo.
- Your focus will be on assisting Specialists with through assessments and reviews via telehealth
- Liaise with GPs, Specialists, and on-site nursing staff to deliver seamless care.
- Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups using smart technology (laptop provided).
- Build strong relationships with RACH staff and residents.
- Support the ongoing growth of the Access Aged Care service model through collaboration and communication
What You’ll Bring
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years experience POST qualification as either Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse - Non Negotiable
- Aged Care experience (leadership or clinical coordination highly regarded)
- Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Critical Thinking and strong clinical knowledge
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work
