Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Delivery Manager to coordinate the delivery of cloud services across a multi-cloud environment. You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders to plan, track, and deliver cloud initiatives while ensuring effective governance, risk management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cloud delivery activities across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Manage delivery plans, priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Work with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and delivery governance.
  • Monitor delivery progress and provide regular status reporting.
  • Support change management, service transition, and operational handover.
  • Drive continuous improvement of cloud delivery processes and practices.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience managing ICT or cloud delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and technical team coordination skills.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of delivery governance, risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of ITSM, change management, and service transition.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure, cyber security, or DevOps teams.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold an active NV1 Security Clearance or higher.
