Project Manager

Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a global leader in travel retail and hospitality in their search for a Project Manager - Fit-Out. With an impressive portfolio of internationally recognised Food & Beverage and Retail Brands, this company continues to invest heavily in its growth across Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality capital projects and building strong stakeholder relationships. You'll play a key role in driving the business forward, leading the delivery of exciting new developments while helping shape the future of the ANZ portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone with experience delivering retail, hospitality or commercial fit-out projects and enjoys owning projects end-to-end within a global organisation.

What do you do?

• Deliver end-to-end capital projects, including new store openings, refurbishments, relocations and fit-outs.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines and CAPEX to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead tender processes, contract administration and procurement activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with brand standards.
• Drive operational readiness, ensuring stores are fully prepared for launch.
• Maintain compliance with WHS, regulatory requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What do you need?

• 5+ years' experience delivering construction fit-out projects ideally across retail, hospitality or commercial environments.
• Exposure to airport construction is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different locations.
• Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage CAPEX budgets.
• Sound understanding of WHS, compliance and construction regulations.
• Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly interstate and internationally.
