Change Manager

6-month contract with potential extension | Brisbane CBD | Hybrid Working

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation program designed to modernise technology, processes and customer experiences across the business.

As part of this broader transformation, an opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to support a strategic initiative focused on improving outcomes for individuals experiencing complex injury-related recovery journeys. This program aims to transform service delivery through new operating models, enhanced processes, improved stakeholder experiences and innovative approaches to supporting recovery outcomes.

Working within a highly agile environment, you will partner closely with program delivery teams, business leaders and operational stakeholders to drive change adoption across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across a strategic transformation initiative, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, practices and ways of working.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and interventions that support program objectives and business outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify readiness, risks and adoption requirements.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and learning activities that prepare impacted teams for change.
• Support the transition of initiatives from pilot and delivery phases into sustainable business-as-usual operations.

About You

• Demonstrated experience delivering change management outcomes within large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven ability to operate in agile, fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and multiple initiatives are delivered concurrently.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives involving operating model change, process improvement, service delivery reform and/or technology-enabled change.
• Prosci Certification or equivalent change management qualifications highly regarded.
