Project Manager

An exciting Project Manager opportunity has become available with an established Tier 2 Head Contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the health, commercial, residential and aged care sectors.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Project Manager who is currently operating within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment and has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from commencement through to completion.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects valued up to $50M+, leading the project from pre-construction through to completion.

You'll manage project programmes, budgets, consultants, subcontractors and site teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

About You

To be considered, you'll have:

• Current experience as a Project Manager within a commercial head contractor environment.
• 1–2+ years' experience managing projects and leading project teams.
• Experience delivering projects up to $50M+
• Exposure to projects across health, commercial, education, residential and/or aged care sectors.
• Comfortable working through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phases, including design development, consultant coordination, buildability reviews and pre-construction planning.
• Experience using Cheops (or similar construction management software) will be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
