- Manage end-to-end dealer lifecycle activities, including dealer appointments, onboarding, franchise agreement renewals, variations, terminations and dealer change requests
- Monitor dealer compliance with franchise agreements, operating standards and policies, working with internal stakeholders and dealers to implement corrective actions where required
- Lead the delivery of MMAL’s Visual Identity (VI) and facility programs, partnering with dealers and vendors to drive project execution, compliance and network enhancement initiatives
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in dealer network, franchise, automotive or other multi-site business environments, with a strong understanding of dealer operations and commercial performance drivers
- Demonstrated experience in dealer network planning, development, performance management or franchise administration
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and assess business risk
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence independent business partners
- Experience managing franchise, compliance, facility, visual identity or network standards programs, with an understanding of contractual and regulatory obligations
