Delivery Lead

We’re seeking an experienced

Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of innovative digital initiatives for a major enterprise organisation in Brisbane.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong digital delivery expertise and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technology, data, engineering and business functions. You will take ownership of delivery planning, execution and governance, ensuring complex digital solutions progress successfully from concept through to implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, schedules and priorities.
• Coordinate technical specialists, data teams, business stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Manage dependencies across data, digital platforms, systems integration and operational environments.
• Facilitate agile delivery ceremonies and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor delivery progress, budgets, risks, issues and resource requirements.
• Provide clear reporting and delivery insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support implementation, business readiness, change and adoption.
• Ensure delivery outcomes align with business objectives, governance requirements and operational needs.

About you

• Demonstrated experience leading complex digital or technology delivery within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong software delivery leadership experience
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology transformation projects
• Experience managing system decommissioning and replacement initiatives
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
• Experience delivering data-driven platforms, operational technology, IoT, advanced analytics, visualisation or connected asset solutions will be highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid and structured delivery methodologies.
• The ability to bring together technology, data, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Proven capability managing delivery plans, dependencies, risks, budgets and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• A practical, outcome-focused approach and the ability to operate effectively within a complex and evolving environment.
• Experience within mining, resources, energy, utilities, infrastructure or another asset-intensive industry would be advantageous.
