Internal Sales

Our client is a well-established Australian engineering business supplying industrial products to the water, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. They're looking for an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service professional to support customers with quotations, technical advice and order management.

What will you do?

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process and delivering outstanding service.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Preparing, submitting and following up quotations
• Processing customer orders and purchase orders
• Providing product advice and technical support
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Supporting the external sales team
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Maintaining accurate customer and quotation records

What will you need?

• Experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Spare Parts
• Experience preparing quotations and processing orders
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems
• Full Australian working rights without requiring sponsorship

Experience within pumps, valves, rotating equipment, hydraulics, bearings, compressors or other industrial products will be highly regarded.
