Estimator

Our client is renowned for building homes across South Australia and has been in the building industry for over 30 years, specialising in volume and custom home projects.

Due to growth and a forward order book of projects, they are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. You will be reporting to the Estimating Team Leader and working across both Sales and Production.

Key Duties Include

• Supporting internal and external stakeholders during the construction phase.
• Ensuring consistency between plans, documentation, and purchase orders.
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other professionals.
• Ensure estimating formats and procedures deliver optimum. performance in terms of speed and accuracy.
• Coordination of any Variations, RFI’s, EOI and payments.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years of local experience with a residential construction company as an Estimator.
• Experienced in both production and sales estimating.
• Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background.
• Experience using Cubit and Bluebeam is desirable.
