About The Team
When you join the Finance team, you’ll be joining the cornerstone of our operations, providing crucial guidance and governance to support ARTC's strategic objectives. The team is actively engaged in internal planning to enhance our strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making processes.

About The Opportunity
Join ARTC in a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the future of procurement across one of Australia's largest rail infrastructure organisations. As Senior Manager Procurement Partnering, you'll provide strategic leadership across procurement and commercial activities, driving enterprise-wide capability, governance and value while leading a high-performing team through change and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Lead and execute ARTC's national procurement strategy, driving commercial performance, governance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leaders to influence sourcing strategies, major procurement programs and enterprise-wide commercial decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing procurement team, building capability, engagement and a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
- Drive procurement transformation and organisational change, embedding best practice, strengthening capability and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
- Strengthen supplier and contractor performance through strategic relationship management, contract governance and risk mitigation.
What do we want from you?
- Extensive senior leadership experience across procurement, commercial or supply chain functions within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success developing enterprise procurement strategies and leading large-scale sourcing, contract and supplier management initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change, build organisational capability and develop high-performing people.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, negotiate complex commercial outcomes and drive strategic change.
