About The Role

As the Store Manager, you will lead from the front and develop a team of 3-4 in one of their newer store locations. You will have a strong passion for providing memorable experiences and consistently developing your team. Passionate about the impact of store presentation, you understand the importance of strong visual merchandising and bringing the brand to life. Success in this role will come from acting as a brand ambassador and developing a customer focussed culture. You will be consistently leading by example and ensuring you're developing a team that is focussed on product knowledge and creating genuine customer experiences.

Skills And Experience

• Retail store management experience highly regarded
• Experienced Assistant Store Manager from a fast paced and high volume environment
• Ability to work autonomously with the confidence to make decisions effectively
• Passionate about personal styling and emerging fashion trends
• Genuinely enjoys visual merchandising with a keen eye for detail
• Operationally savvy, with confidence across stock management
