About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Mining Resourcing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across a range of mining operations, including FIFO and site-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mining roles (operators, engineers, trades, and project staff)
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and industry networks
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments
• Build strong relationships with clients across the mining sector
• Maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles
• Ensure compliance with safety and site requirements
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and mobilization for site personnel

About You

• Proven experience in recruitment (mining, resources, or blue-collar preferred)
• Strong understanding of FIFO workforce requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of Australian employment and safety standards
• Proficiency with recruitment systems and LinkedIn sourcing
