Network Administrator

Location: Bendigo – Victoria,

Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a practical and security-minded Network Administrator to support the Fixus team with internal IT and network requirements. This role’s core focus will be to help maintain and support our Azure network environment, assist staff with day-to-day IT needs, contribute to ISO 27001 security operations, and help deliver assigned IT and network projects.

The Role Involves

• Providing internal IT and network support to Fixus staff
• Troubleshooting network, connectivity, device, access and general IT issues
• Managing and maintaining Azure network components
• Monitoring Azure network performance, availability and configuration
• Participating in monthly Security Operations meetings
• Supporting ISO 27001 compliance activities
• Executing assigned IT, infrastructure and network projects
• Maintaining IT, network and Azure documentation
• Monitoring and reporting on the Azure network environment
• Working with external vendors, providers or consultants where required

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of networking concepts, Microsoft Azure networking, Microsoft 365, Windows devices and general business IT systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.
