About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our growing Chermside team.

You will provide migration advice, manage visa applications from consultation to decision, prepare high-quality submissions, and deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with Australian migration law.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and assess migration pathways.
• Prepare and lodge visa, sponsorship and nomination applications.
• Draft submissions and respond to Department requests.
• Manage client files and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Maintain accurate case records and CRM updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the application process.
• Stay current with migration legislation and policy changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Current OMARA Registered Migration Agent (or eligible for registration).
• Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and visa processes.
• Experience managing visa applications independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Client-focused with a high standard of ethics and professionalism.
