Delivery Lead Coordinator

12-Month Initial Contract | Brisbane | 50/50 Hybrid

Our client is in the market for a Delivery Lead Coordinator to work within a large ICT program coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Initial 12 month hourly rate contract
• Based in Brisbane
• 50/50 WFH Hybrid

This role would suit someone who is experienced with working in a fast paced collaborative environment, keeping delivery on track by coordinating project activities, managing dependencies, maintaining schedules, supporting governance, and ensuring delivery artefacts are completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple ICT workstreams, ensuring activities, milestones and dependencies remain on track.
• Support Project Managers and Product Owners with delivery planning, schedules, governance artefacts and technical documentation.
• Maintain project schedules, resource planning, risks, issues and change registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders to achieve delivery outcomes.
• Support Agile delivery ceremonies and backlog management using Jira, Confluence and Miro.
• Ensure delivery aligns with PRINCE2, MSP, Agile and governance standards.

Experience in government or complex enterprise environments would be well regarded.
