As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and client focused Customer Service Officer to join our Brisbane team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, enjoys working in a professional advisory environment and wants to build a long term career in financial advice.

Role Description

This is a full time, on site Customer Service Officer role based in Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane.

The Customer Service Officer will be an important first point of contact for our clients, handling phone, email and in person enquiries in a professional, warm and timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client appointments and enquiries
• Following up client requests and outstanding information
• Processing client information and documentation
• Preparing and assisting with client communications
• Maintaining accurate client and CRM records
• Supporting basic reporting and administrative tasks
• Coordinating with financial advisers and administration staff
• Helping deliver a smooth and professional client experience
• Supporting the delivery of financial planning services

We are looking for someone interested in more than a short term position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the business, develop a strong understanding of financial advice and potentially progress toward becoming a full time financial adviser in the future.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service and client support skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail when handling client information, documents and records
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities professionally
• Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email platforms and general office technology
• Genuine interest in financial planning, wealth management and long term career development
• Ability to work full time from our Upper Mount Gravatt office

Previous experience in financial services, professional services or a client service role will be highly regarded.

A certificate, diploma or degree in business, finance, financial planning, customer service or a related field would be an advantage but is not essential where relevant experience exists.
