Due to continued growth and a long-term strategic vision, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced construction leader to join the executive leadership team as General Manager - Delivery.

It is an opportunity to influence the future direction of an already successful business, mentor high-performing teams, strengthen operational excellence and help shape the next chapter of the organisation.

This opportunity would suit an existing General Manager, however, it is equally suited to an exceptional Project Director, Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager who has consistently demonstrated executive leadership qualities and is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the company's project delivery function, providing leadership, structure and support across multiple project teams while ensuring outstanding client outcomes.

You will become a key member of the executive leadership team, driving operational performance, mentoring future leaders and helping build an already exceptional culture.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading multiple project teams across Fit Out, Heavy Refurbishment and New Build projects
• Providing leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
• Driving programme, commercial and operational performance
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and project delivery
• Supporting strategic business planning and future growth initiatives
• Working closely alongside the Managing Director and executive leadership team

The successful candidate will ideally possess

• Extensive experience delivering commercial construction projects
• Exposure across Fit Out, Heavy Refurbishment and New Build sectors
• Experience as a General Manager, Project Director, Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to step into executive leadership
• Strong commercial and operational acumen
• Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative leadership style that inspires high performance
• A genuine passion for mentoring people and building great teams
