About The Team

Joining People and Performance, you’ll develop policies and procedures that enhance the employee experience, lead employee strategy, and help create a sense of belonging for our people. You’ll work collaboratively with various industry bodies to stay updated on best practices and provide valuable data for research purposes.

About The Opportunity

Join ARTC on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in supporting our People Platform. Working within our People Shared Services team, you'll provide expert HR systems support, drive continuous improvement initiatives and help deliver an exceptional user experience across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting and support for ARTC’s People Platform.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, forms, automations, user access and self-service processes.
  • Investigate and resolve system, process and data issues, escalating where required.
  • Partner with People & Performance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.
  • Support data integrity, reporting readiness and consistent system use across the organisation.
  • Prepare user guidance, communications and training materials to support adoption.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify and improve the employee and manager experience.

What do we want from you?

  • 5+ years' experience administering an HRIS, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience configuring HR systems, supporting users and driving system and process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and training skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Experience with Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or similar HRIS / HCM platforms would be highly regarded.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
