Reporting to the Group GM People & Culture, you’ll take ownership of the seasonal recruitment process for three high-profile local businesses in Mildura including Mildura Fruit Company. This is a hands-on role where you’ll influence outcomes and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team.
• Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Offboarding: Coordinate documentation and participate in end-of-season reviews.
• Compliance: Maintain adherence to employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, WHS regulations, and company policies.
• Provide solutions for recruitment challenges such as high turnover and seasonal fluctuations.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, immigration regulations, and WHS requirements.
• Strong understanding of seasonal workforce recruitment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles under pressure.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
