Accounts Payable Clerk Converse Head Office - Mitcham

For the past 40 years, Conquest Sports has enjoyed a wonderful partnership with the Converse Brand as the licensee for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Since then, Conquest has become one of the largest retailers, distributors and licensees of iconic streetwear brands in the pacific region. Based in Melbourne, Conquest Sports partners with global brands such as Converse, Nike and Jordan kids apparel and accessories.

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, based at our Head Office in Mitcham. This role will ideally suit an individual who is highly self-motivated, reliable and has excellent verbal, written communication skills and is very much a team player.

The Role

• GL coding
• Batching
• Processing Invoices
• Supplier Reconciliations
• Queries and payment runs
• General ledger entries
• Basic knowledge of Word & Excel

About You

• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role (preferable 2+ years)
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Attentive to detail
• Effective in managing your own time
• Ability to work in a team
