New Home Sales Consultant - Echuca and Moama

We are preparing to open two new display homes in Moama and are looking for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to help establish and grow our presence across the Echuca/Moama region.

The Opportunity

You will work from our new Moama display homes, helping customers take the first steps towards building their new home.

You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, developing relationships throughout the local community and delivering a professional customer experience from the first conversation through to contract.

You will have the freedom to approach the region with an entrepreneurial mindset while being supported by an experienced leadership team, proven systems and one of the strongest product offerings in the market.

This role would suit someone who enjoys running their own business within a business and wants to build something meaningful in a growing regional market.

About You

Ideally, you will already have experience in new home sales or the residential construction industry. However, we are also open to experienced sales professionals who understand relationship-based selling and can demonstrate a strong record of converting opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Welcoming and assisting customers through our Echuca display homes
• Qualifying enquiries and converting leads into appointments and sales
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Developing relationships with local land agents, developers and referral partners
• Guiding customers through home designs, inclusions, pricing and available options
• Maintaining accurate customer records and completing required sales administration
• Ensuring the display homes are opened, closed and presented to a high standard
• Supporting display launches, local events and promotional activity
• Representing Sherridon Homes professionally throughout the Echuca/Moama community
