A Day In The Life

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support. You will assist adults with disabilities by:

  • Helping clients with personal care and daily living skills.
  • Planning and attending appointments and social activities for community engagement and skill development.
  • Completing daily case notes, incident reports and administrative tasks.
  • Working across various age groups as required.

You Will Also Have

  • A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
  • A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
  • Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings and sleepover shifts.
