What You'll Do
- Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate, test, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare IT workflows
- Review and assess AI responses on topics such as EHR configuration, system troubleshooting, clinical data management, and hospital infrastructure
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated clinical systems content
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about real-world healthcare environments
- Translate clinical and operational nuance into clear, actionable evaluation criteria
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems
- Able to evaluate content critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
- Self-directed and reliable — you manage your time well without close oversight
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background working with clinicians or interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
- Prior involvement in system implementation, go-live support, or training
