We're now looking for an exceptional trader to help build what comes next.

You'll work directly alongside the firm's CEO and CIO, both of whom have operated inside leading global investment firms.

This is an opportunity to join at the point where your contribution can genuinely shape the future of the firm.

You might be a fit if you

• combine quantitative rigour with deep equity market intuition.
• have developed your judgement inside professional investment environments.

You should ideally have

• 3+ years' experience trading quantitative equities strategies with live capital
• Experience inside a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm or institutional asset manager
• Strong Python and systematic modelling capability
• Deep understanding of equity markets, portfolio construction and risk
• A relentless drive to improve investment performance

You’ll be responsible for

• Developing new alpha signals and research ideas.
• Refining portfolio construction and risk allocation.
• Improving execution quality and transaction cost efficiency.
• Stress-testing models across changing market regimes.
• Building research infrastructure that compounds over time.
• Continuously identifying and validating new sources of edge.
