Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver multiple strategic initiatives across a large enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on PM who thrives in fast-paced environments, can confidently manage senior stakeholders, and has experience delivering data-driven projects.

The Role You'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring multiple initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. Working across both business and technology teams, you'll drive governance, manage project artefacts, coordinate delivery activities and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.

A key aspect of the role is stakeholder engagement, you'll be working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities while keeping projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation.
• Coordinate delivery across business and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication and managing expectations.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committees and regular reporting.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with Group data teams to support data-related initiatives and ensure alignment across projects.
• Drive collaboration across multiple workstreams while managing competing priorities.

About You You'll be a delivery focused Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading enterprise projects.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience delivering data focused projects.
• A solid understanding of ETL processes, data integration concepts and working with data teams.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and risk management experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast paced environment.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
