BDC Consultant - Used Car

We’re looking for a motivated BDC Consultant to join our Used Car team. This role is all about generating and converting sales opportunities by responding to leads quickly, qualifying customers, booking appointments, and following up consistently until the vehicle is sold.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Respond to online, phone, and website enquiries promptly.
• Qualify customers based on vehicle interest, budget, trade-in, and finance requirements.
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM and follow up unsold leads.

Appointment Setting

• Book qualified customers directly with the Used Car Sales Team.
• Confirm appointments before arrival.
• Manage cancellations and no-shows proactively.
• Ensure every appointment is properly recorded and tracked in CRM.

Sales Support

• Work closely with Sales Consultants to maximize conversions.
• Support stock campaigns and aged-stock clearance initiatives.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in automotive BDC, call center, or sales support (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and SMS.
• Background in used car sales or dealership operations is an advantage
• Ability to qualify leads effectively and manage CRM systems.
• Results-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
• Flexible to work weekends or extended hours during campaigns
