We are currently recruiting on behalf of several highly regarded Sydney law firms seeking

Family Lawyers. These are fantastic opportunities to join supportive teams where you will work on high-quality matters, receive ongoing mentoring, and continue to develop your technical expertise and career.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of family law matters, including:

  • Divorce and nullity proceedings.
  • Parenting and children's matters, including complex parenting disputes, relocation, parentage testing, surrogacy and adoption.
  • Property settlements and financial matters.
  • Spousal maintenance and child support matters.
  • Binding Financial Agreements, Superannuation Agreements and Maintenance Agreements.
  • Enforcement proceedings.
  • Mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Building strong client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
  • Working collaboratively with Partners and senior lawyers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate.
  • Strong technical family law knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • An interest in business development and networking.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to continually learn and develop your career.
