As Furphy Engineering continues to grow, an opportunity exists for an Account Executive to manage key customer relationships and drive new business growth within the electrical and renewables sectors.

This is a diverse, end-to-end role where you'll own major customer accounts, and develop relationships from front of house to warehouse/factory floor up to the Managing Director. With continued account management and building strong, trusted relationships based on care you will unearth new opportunities, for supply of product for new applications. This will come with the support internally at Furphy from estimating, engineering, operations and project teams. You will be keen to meet your clients, out on the road as required across Melbourne, Regional Victoria and NSW and stay deeply connected on a regulary basis, being their trusted partner.

We're seeking a commercially minded relationship builder; a self starter, who is charistmatic, and resilient. Not afraid to knock on doors and explore (with tenacity) opportunities. You bring experience in sales, account management, and/or building relationships/winning support. You may have come from your own business in the sector or have a product management pedigree. While you bring preferred exposure to clients in manufacturing environments, with electrical or renewables a plus, and technical capabilities, we would be open to candidates not from the sector.
