Marketing & Events Intern

What you’ll do

• Assist with filming/photos on guided shot lists (deliveries, workshop, events).
• Help edit short clips: trims, captions, and story covers under review before publishing.
• Support event days: setup, guest flow, QR lead forms, and pack-down.
• Research local businesses, clubs, and event opportunities for the team pipeline.
• Organise media folders, filenames, and consent notes when customers appear on camera.
• Draft social captions and simple Canva tiles from templates (mentor approval before posting).
• Take notes in weekly marketing check-ins and complete assigned action items.

What we’re looking for

• Currently studying or recently completed marketing, media, communications, or events—or strong self-taught interest.
• Reliable attendance for agreed shifts; some weekend availability for events (scheduled ahead).
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback; professional on-site behaviour.
• Basic comfort with phone/video capture and Google Drive.

Nice to have

• Personal automotive or lifestyle content you can share.
• CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar editing experience.
• Melbourne local knowledge and event interest.
