Customer Tool Service Representative - 6-month Contract

Turn service moments into lasting customer relationships
As a Customer Tool Service Representative, you’ll strengthen Hilti’s customer relationships by managing repair quotations, service communications, and After Market Service operations with speed, care, and commercial impact. You’ll help deliver an excellent end-to-end repair journey, support service-to-sales opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Tool Service Centre.
What You'll Do
- Process repair-related quotations in a timely manner, including repair, trade-in, Fleet, and service-to-sales options.
- Communicate clearly with customers, channel partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to support a high-quality repair journey.
- Provide technical and product advice, resolve repair-related customer care notes, and support complaint handling through to customer acceptance.
- Coordinate Premium Tool Pool and Tools on Demand administration, including returns, stock movements, invoicing queries, SAP tasks, and process improvements.
- Support daily AMS operations, repair order monitoring, Lean and 5S practices, and a safe, clean workplace through Hilti health and safety procedures.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to work across functions and levels of the business.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with an understanding of service operations, quotations, and repair processes.
- Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and commercial thinking, with the ability to identify improvements and act proactively.
- A positive team mindset, commitment to continuous improvement, and willingness to keep learning about products, processes, and customer solutions.
