Our Opportunity

Here’s your chance to step into a leadership position at our Warragul centre, operating

8 dental chairs. In this permanent role, you’ll support the Centre Leader while remaining hands-on chairside, in reception, and in sterilisation.

• Full-time position
• Close-knit team within a modern 8-chair practice
• Support the Centre Leader and lead dental assistants
• Contribute to daily operations and patient experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Centre Leader and team to ensure smooth, efficient operations, including:

• Stock Control: Assist with ordering within budget
• Reporting: Help with financial tasks and daily reconciliations
• Rostering: Support staff scheduling
• Team Leadership: Train, guide and motivate the DA team
• Patient Experience: Deliver warm, professional patient care
• Clinical Compliance: Maintain adherence to regulations and practice policies

Skills & Attributes

You’re an energetic, people-focused leader with:

• Strong dental industry experience (leadership experience ideal)
• Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent experience)
• Confidence motivating and supporting a team
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Reliability, excellent communication, and high standards
