Position Title: Full-Time Cleaner

Location: Echuca Victoria

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Reporting To: Site Supervisor

Position Overview

The Full-Time Cleaner will ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of a property in Echuca Victoria. This role is crucial in maintaining a pleasant and safe environment for employees, tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean carpets and windows as required.
• Restock supplies in kitchens and restrooms.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials.
• Adhere to a cleaning schedule while also addressing ad-hoc cleaning tasks.
• Maintain records of completed cleaning tasks.
• Notify management of any repair or maintenance issues.
• Use cleaning products safely and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks to a high standard.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
