Employment and Engagement Facilitator

Location – Morwell, VIC (Travel across various sites is required for this role)

About The Opportunity

The Employment and Engagement Facilitator supports participants to build the skills, confidence, and capability needed to achieve their employment and personal development goals. The role delivers participant support through both facilitated sessions and responsive caseload management, providing flexible coverage across teams to maintain high-quality service delivery and positive participant outcomes. Working collaboratively with participants, site staff and the Engagement Team the EEF will connect participants with employment, training and community opportunities, ensuring timely referrals and supporting participant engagement, growth and achievement of individual goals.

About You

• You are experienced in employment services, case management, or a similar customer-focused role and are passionate about helping people achieve positive employment outcomes.
• You are confident in planning, facilitating and evaluating engaging group workshops, training sessions or activities that encourage participation and deliver meaningful learning experiences.
• You are skilled at building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing barriers to employment, and are committed to providing tailored support.
• You are knowledgeable about the local labour market, industry trends and employer expectations, enabling you to prepare participants for sustainable employment opportunities
• You are an excellent communicator and presenter who can adapt your facilitation style and content to suit different learning styles, abilities and levels of engagement.
• You are proactive, organised and committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where participants feel motivated to learn, grow and succeed.
