Customer Experience Assistant (No Experience Required)

What you’ll do

• Greet customers and ensure they are looked after quickly.
• Help with bookings, basic enquiries, and routing calls/messages.
• Support follow-ups and customer updates under the sales manager’s guidance.
• Maintain front-of-house presentation standards.
• Assist with paperwork preparation and delivery day checklists.

• Strong people skills and calm communication.
• Great organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple small tasks without dropping the ball.

Nice to have

• Reception, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Interest in cars and customer experience.
