The Warehouse Inventory Officer focuses on the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of inventory, maintaining stock integrity and supporting efficient warehouse workflows. Reporting to the Warehouse Inventory Lead, you will operate within established procedures and systems, assist with cycle counts and stock integrity checks, and support external customer supply activities.

The role does not have responsibility for purchasing, supplier contract management, or internal Epworth procurement processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Minimum Year 12 or equivalent
  • Excellent computer literacy and a sound understanding of Microsoft suite
  • TechOne processing experience
  • Demonstrate role model behaviour
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication
  • Sound time management skills
  • Demonstrable excellence in customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
