Sales Team Member (Entry Level)

What you’ll do

• Support customer enquiries: booking appointments, basic info, and routing questions to the right person.
• Help with follow-ups and CRM updates (tasks, notes, next steps).
• Coordinate with workshop/ops for vehicle readiness and delivery preparation.
• Keep the showroom presentable: vehicles, signage, and daily basics.
• Assist with handovers, photos, and customer communications.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Good organisation: you follow checklists and you don’t drop tasks.
• Comfortable using basic software (email, calendar, CRM).
• Reliable and punctual.

Nice to have

• Previous retail/hospitality/customer service experience.
• Interest in cars (JDM knowledge is a plus, not required).
