Finance Manager - Infrastructure Services

Owing to an internal promotion, a leading infrastructure services business is seeking an experienced

Finance Manager. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager and managing a team of five.

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in both the operational and strategic direction of a complex, fast-paced business.

The Role

• Lead the development of annual business strategy, budgets, and reforecasts across the region
• Oversee month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Review major project performance to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Monitor and manage regional cashflow, liquidity, and working capital
• Prepare and present reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Drive financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Support capital requests and business case development
• Contribute to environmental reporting in line with group strategy
• Identify and implement process and system improvements

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
• CA/CPA qualified
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex environment
• Experience within construction or infrastructure is highly regarded
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced capability in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
