Communications & Data Networks Integration Engineer (LC5)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications & Data Networks Integration Engineer to provide specialist engineering support for complex Defence command, control, communications and networked capability environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support communications and data network engineering,
• integration and interoperability activities.
• Conduct requirements analysis, systems integration and architecture development.
• Support tactical data links, Defence networks and related engineering services.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, interface definitions and architecture artefacts.
• Provide systems engineering support for testing, certification and integration activities.

Required

• Demonstrated experience in communications networks, systems integration and systems engineering.
• Experience with Defence networks, Tactical Data Links,
• Command and Control (C2) systems or comparable environments.
• Experience developing requirements, technical assessments and architecture documentation.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance (NV2 or TSPV highly regarded).
• Ability to work onsite in Canberra, ACT.
• DISP Level 2 membership eligibility or experience working
• within DISP environments is desirable.
