The Company

CIL & Essentials is an insurance division within Suncorp. We are an inbound Contact Centre primarily responsible for the sales and service of CIL Insurance and Essentials by AAI Insurance. We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Adelaide. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service through our brands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you are focused on ensuring our customers feel valued when they contact our team. Your role is to connect our customers with products and services that meet their needs and protect their assets. You will enjoy achieving KPIs while delivering exceptional service, speaking with customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer service
• Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Be resilient and able to manage difficult situations positively
• A high level of attention to detail
• Insurance experience is not required (we can teach you that).
• A thirst for knowledge and passion for helping customers is what we are after!

Shift Patterns

We operate Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm, and Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (ACST). Therefore, you must be available to work a rotating roster across this span of hours. All rosters are provided 4 weeks in advance.
