SAP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) Time Tracking / Time Off to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization activities. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Time Tracking functionalities.
• Work on time valuation rules, time recording, approvals, workflows, and employee time management processes.
• Configure integration points between Employee Central Time Tracking and other SAP modules/systems.
• Support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR business teams, project managers, and technical teams.
• Provide recommendations and best practices for SuccessFactors Time Management processes.
• Support troubleshooting and production issues related to Time Tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations and support projects.
• Time Recording
• Time Off integration
• Time Account processing
• Time Valuation rules
• Work schedules and holiday calendars
• Approval workflows
• Experience with Employee Central configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration concepts.
• Experience working with HR stakeholders and translating business requirements.
• Strong testing and documentation skills.
