Business Systems Analyst

We're partnering with an innovative, technology-driven organisation that's looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across business-critical applications, collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and contribute to continuous system improvements.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide application support for business-critical systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Gather and analyse business requirements to recommend effective solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and application performance.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are managed within agreed timeframes.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise or business applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, ITIL, or Agile methodologies is highly regarded but not essential.
