We are partnering with a well-regarded organisation seeking a Digital Content Officer to help deliver meaningful communication and engagement initiatives across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

Your new role

• Developing and implementing communication and stakeholder engagement plans
• Creating engaging content across digital, social media, web, email and print channels
• Supporting community and stakeholder engagement activities and events
• Building effective relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing communication materials including media content, presentations, briefing notes and reports
• Monitoring communications performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Providing strategic communication advice to support organisational objectives

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, community engagement or public relations
• Exceptional written communication and video content development skills
• Experience operating on editing platforms like Canva or Adobe Suite
• A creative mindset and understanding of digital engagement; passion for storytelling
• Ability to translate complex information to plain English
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capability
