Planning and Reporting Manager

We are seeking motivated Planning and Reporting Managers to join our Planning and Reporting team.

As a Planning and Reporting Manager, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of integrated planning and reporting frameworks that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation. Operating with a high degree of independence, you’ll provide expert analysis, insights and advice to senior leaders, helping to identify emerging risks and opportunities, strengthen organisational performance and inform strategic decisions.

You will lead teams responsible for planning and reporting functions, including enterprise reporting cycles, performance reporting, strategic and operational planning activities, and the administration of corporate planning systems and tools. You’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality products and services, ensuring they are accurate, timely and aligned with governance and legislative requirements.

As a leader, you will build organisational capability by driving continuous improvement of planning and reporting frameworks, systems and processes, strengthening governance and assurance, and fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to manage complex issues, influence outcomes and deliver corporate plans, strategies and performance reporting that support organisational priorities and objectives.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
