The Opportunity

Working closely with our Logistics, Planning, Production and Customer teams, you will coordinate domestic and export orders, manage shipment requirements and support strong customer outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

• Coordinate domestic and export orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare export shipping documentation and manage shipment requirements.
• Monitor DIFOT performance and proactively resolve order issues.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses regarding order releases and invoicing.
• Liaise with customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to manage priorities.
• Work closely with Production Planning and Logistics to ensure shipments align with agreed schedules.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in logistics, distribution, customer service or supply chain, ideally within FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering service excellence.
• Experience with export documentation and freight coordination (highly desirable).
