About The Role

We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's South East.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
  • Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
  • Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
  • Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You'll Bring

  • NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration (or eligibility via the IBIS pathway)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
  • Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia
