We’re looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Sales Executive to join our fast-growing Online Sales Organisation. The role requires you to identify potential client opportunities, generate new business and grow our share of wallet. You’ll be responsible for outreach to and building relationships with clients in an effort to optimise revenue and secure long term growth. You will own your own book of business and strategically target companies within your book, selling solutions that help them achieve their marketing objectives. You’ve experience working towards sales targets and are comfortable in a sales organisation. You are excited to meet and exceed quota, always acting in the best interest of the client and aligning with LinkedIn’s culture and values while contributing to the exciting dynamic of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients in your book of business to consistently achieve or exceed quota expectations
  • Besides quota, achieve quarterly KPIs designed to help you drive sales
  • Drive customer engagement across your book, balancing operating at scale and creating more strategic partnerships among priority clients
  • Achieve quarterly client coverage and depth of engagement goals
  • Leverage existing as well as new client accounts to grow business revenue
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business, leveraging LinkedIn’s various tools and processes for prioritisation and client engagement
  • Educate clients on their opportunities for optimisation of the LinkedIn platform, using your digital media expertise to help them be successful
  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities
  • Use data and insights to highlight the value of advertising, demonstrate ROI and make recommendations for optimisations and additional investment
  • Demonstrate strong operational excellence, prioritisation and book management skills

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years media sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies
  • Digital platform and reporting experience within a portfolio of accounts
  • Experience driving value for customers through data storytelling and insights
  • Knowledge of advertising technology and Account Based Marketing
  • Proven communication skills across multiple channels
  • Experience building relationships with senior decision makers
  • Proven ability to manage a sizeable volume of accounts
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Highly organised and structured
