About The Role

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Performing general Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures
  • Preparation and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with manufacturer and TGA standards
  • IV cannulation and administration of prescribed radiopharmaceuticals
  • Ensuring high standards of patient care and safety
  • Collaborating closely with radiologists, referrers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Contributing to the development and success of a newly established PET/Nuclear Medicine service

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Qualification and accreditation in Diagnostic CT
  • Strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • PET/CT experience
  • Radiopharmaceutical preparation experience
  • IV cannulation experience
