Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, they are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the finance function during a key period of growth and transformation. Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and approving month-end financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing fixed asset accounting and ensuring appropriate governance controls
• Preparing and reviewing compliance reporting, including tax and statutory requirements
• Assisting with balance sheet reviews, account reconciliations and financial analysis
• Acting as a key contact for internal and external audit processes
• Providing commentary and support to regional stakeholders across ANZ
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and finance-related projects as required

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• CA or CPA qualification
• Degree qualification in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
• Proven financial accounting experience within a large corporate or multinational environment
• Strong understanding of month-end processes, statutory reporting and balance sheet management
• Experience dealing with auditors, tax compliance and financial controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
