Contractor – CAC (NDIS Team)

We’re growing our NDIS team and are looking for a Speech Pathologist who enjoys working with children and their families.

The opportunity

At CAC, we are expanding our exceptional NDIS team and are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join us on a sub‑contract basis.

We have opportunities available across Cranbourne, Berwick, Narre Warren and the surrounding South-Eastern Melbourne suburbs and we also welcome expressions of interest from professionals in Victorian regional areas, thanks to our strong national telehealth service delivery model.

You’ll support children and young people in a range of settings, including homes, schools, kindergartens and the community. Our team manages referrals, client onboarding and scheduling, so you can focus on your clients rather than paperwork.

Your caseload may include:

• Early language development
• Speech sound disorders
• Social communication
• Literacy
• Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
• School readiness
• Feeding (where within your scope)

You’ll work closely with families, educators and our multidisciplinary team to help children build the skills they need to thrive.

Let’s talk about you

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• A Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, Registered SPA membership
• Passionate about working with children and families.
• Someone who enjoys working independently while staying connected to a supportive team.
• Confident building strong relationships with families, schools and other professionals.
• Have experience working with the NDIS and in pediatrics is highly desirable.

You’ll also hold (or be willing to obtain):

• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• ABN and insurances
