Finance Manager

• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and accountability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
• Deliver insightful analysis across sales, margins, inventory, working capital and profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reviews and management reporting.
• Support pricing reviews, customer profitability analysis and commercial decision-making.
• Drive inventory governance, working capital improvements and balance sheet integrity.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives, cost reduction programs and process optimisation.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance standards are maintained.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Proven experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similarly complex operational environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across both finance and operations.
• Advanced financial modelling, analysis and business partnering capability.
• Strong systems skills, with exposure to ERP and BI platforms highly regarded.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
